Our experienced spa engineers have many years experience in diagnosing and fixing hot tub issues. Our team always carry the tools and equipment to fix your problem or can advise you properly in regards to any parts that need replacing.
If you are unsure always feel free to give us a call first and if we can help you over the phone we will be more than happy to do so free of charge. We do not recommend that anyone other than a fully trained hot tub engineer attempts to repair your spa.
Please note that the charge includes call out and diagnosis during which time they will complete any necessary repairs up to a maximum of 1 hour. Many common issues are resolved during this time but additional costs may be incurred for more extensive repairs or where parts are required.
